Based on our corporate mission of "Dissemination of institutional guarantees in place of the joint guarantor system," this company aims to play a role as a safety net to prevent problems between lessees and lessors as part of a living environment infrastructure to replace the joint surety system. Since our founding in December 2002, based on the concept of "ridding the world of the co-signer system," we have strived to establish an institutional guarantee system to provide joint surety for lease contracts as a corporation.
In addition, with rent obligation guarantee as our core business, we aim to provide a wide range of services for all aspects of daily life, and as part of this effort, all of our officers and employees will unite to become a company that can deliver peace of mind and will be chosen by all of you.

Based on our philosophy of "ridding the world of the co-signer system," our company has been striving to firmly establish an institutional guarantee system that undertakes joint surety as a corporation.
In recent years, the rent obligation guarantee industry has seen a continued increase in the use of institutional guarantees over conventional personal guarantees, and as of September 2017, 78 percent of new lease agreements were required to be covered by such guarantees.
As for trends in the industry, multiple rent obligation guarantee companies including ours have been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and society has become increasingly aware of the industry. In addition, with the commencement of the Rent Obligation Guarantee Business Registration System by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on Oct. 25, 2017, the business is undergoing a transformation into an era in which the sound development of the rent obligation guarantee industry is sought.
Moreover, efforts to back up the rent obligation guarantee industry continue, including the Civil Code being revised in relation to the law of obligations, making it mandatory to set a maximum guarantee amount for joint guarantors, in April 2020. On the other hand, the competitive environment in the industry is intensifying.
