- How we will answer a "Request for Disclosure, etc."
We will generally respond in writing.
- Personal information obtained in connection with the "Request for Disclosure, etc." shall be handled only to the extent necessary to respond to the request.
- We may not be able to respond to "Request for Disclosure, etc." in the following cases. In that case, we will inform you of that and of the reason. Note that we may charge a fee even in cases of nondisclosure.
