- What kind of procedure do I have to go through if information I provided when applying, such as my name, changes?
- The procedure depends on the contents of the change and the product you are using.

- What should I do if I want to revise what I wrote in the contract form?
- For changes to your name or date of birth, draw a double line through the old information and affix your seal. Use double lines for changes in other parts.
If you will use an APLUS Anshin Rent Guarantee, please rewrite the contract.
- May people on welfare, unemployed people or foreign nationals apply?
- Yes.
- May students apply?
- If you are in your third year of high school and expect to graduate, you may apply. However, the time when we can accept your application depends on the product.

- What should I do if I want to change my debit account?
- The department you should contact depends on the product you are using.

- I have cancelled my lease, so I also cancelled my guarantee. Do I need to complete some procedure?
- You don't need to go through a cancellation procedure for our guarantees. Please cancel the lease contract with the real estate management company.
